Welcome to Berni's Nudelbrett, the family-run restaurant in the 2nd generation of the Berni family, from Bardi-Parma! Since 1976, our friendly, family restaurant has been serving traditional italian dishes, (some gluten free and vegan options) pasta, homemade sauces, high-quality meat and fish dishes, salads, desserts, great italian wines and of course, the best pizza in town. The high quality of our ingredients have always been of central importance to us. We can happliy host business events, family gatherings and larger travel groups. Please reserve in advance. Pizza
"A unique dish that is loved all over the world!"
Why is our pizza so unique? Because the dough is digestible and crispy, but also light and delicious. It is topped with first-class, fresh products. We also offer many vegetarian and some vegan options.
Pasta
A small selection of our pasta dishes: spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, panzerotti, tortellini, tortelli, organic tagliatelle (whole grain spelt egg noodles), girasoli (vegan) and gluten-free pasta are served fresh every day with our homemade sauces. Gluten-free pasta is of course prepared separately so that you can enjoy it safely. If you are celiac disease, please ask to speak to our duty manager to place your order.
Fish and Meat Dishes
Enjoy our fish and meat dishes. Grilled salmon or king prawns, a juicy rump steak, lean beef tenderloin or turkey breast. We also have a large selection of tasty side dishes.
Antipasti and Salads
We offer a large selection of delicious antipasti: Insalata Frutti di Mare, Carpaccio di manzo or salmone, Original Prosciutto di Parma DOP and Mozzarella di Bufala.
Enjoy a variety of our healthy and fresh salads with a choice of turkey strips, goat´s cheese, tuna or feta cheese.
Also try our delicious vitality salad with avocado, beetroot, figs, walnuts and chia seeds or our Vitello Tonnato.
We recommend our fresh pizza bread with this!

Let yourself be tempted by our delicious desserts: Tiramisú, warm chocolate Soufflé, Cannolo Siciliano, Tartufo Classico and Panna Cotta.

Children's dishes
An Italian restaurant always loves having children. We spoil our youngest guests with our Bambini menu which includes a choice of a selection of pasta or pizza dishes, a drink and ice cream.
